- University Information Services (UIS) provides technology support to faculty, staff, and students via a 24/7 Service Center Web portal and in-person Service Desks.
Classroom Educational Technology Services (CETS) is offering a Zoom helpline Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 9:00PM. They can provide individual educational technology support—more at https://cets.georgetown.edu/.
For help with Canvas, faculty can call the dedicated 24/7 support line at 833-476-1171 or open a live chat request from within Canvas.
McDonough School of Business faculty can request support by calling the MSB Tech Center (202-687-4721) or emailing the MSB Tech Center (msb-help@msb.edu).

- E-books and E-journals: Lauinger Library at Georgetown University has a large collection of books and journals in electronic format that are accessible to the Georgetown community from on-campus or off-campus through HoyaSearch. For assistance locating Library materials, email reference@georgetown.edu, contact your subject specialist, or use one of our Research Guides. If you encounter a problem with one of our e-resources, contact the Library Electronic Resources Help Desk at eresources@georgetown.edu.
- E-Reserves: Lauinger Library offers an electronic reserves service to faculty members who would like to share their course readings electronically. Instructors may also submit article/chapter information and request that the library find these materials; this service, however, may take some time, depending on the availability of the requested materials. - Connect with the Library Online: During times of instructional continuity, the Library makes every effort to remain open, though hours may be shortened.
